We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping (Orders over US$50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Neoprene Hoodies & Sweats (if worn)
- Thermal Rash Guards (if worn)
- All rash guards/vests removed from original packaging
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Our Team

- Product details
- Reason for return
- Preferred solution (refund/exchange)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package the item with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days):
- We’ll email you the approval status
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days

- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
