Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products from our range cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Neoprene Hoodies & Sweats (worn items)
  • Thermal Rash Guards (worn items)
  • All rash guards/vests that have been removed from original packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item(s).

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery):

  • We’ll notify you of the approval status via email
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days
  • For exchanges, your replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after return approval

Refund Timeline

Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (we sincerely hope you don’t!):

  2. Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees

  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
